barre3 7 Day Body Blast

Today I started the barre3 - 7 Day Body Blast! The goal is to take 6 classes in 7 days all while eating healthy. After the month that March was, I'm ready to leap back into barre3.

I'm ready to take on the challenge even though I think I either have a cold (sigh) or allergies (NOOOO!). I'm not going to let either take me down though. I was excited to jump back into classes this morning. Our instructor lead us through a challenging workout which really jumpstarted my day. What are you doing to challenge your body and yourself today?
